Job Title: Support Representative

Reports To: Senior Support Representative

Summary:

The Support Representative is responsible for providing customer and technical support for iCheckGateway.com's clients. This includes answering customer questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. The Support Representative must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer questions about iCheckGateway.com's products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with iCheckGateway.com's products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest iCheckGateway.com products and services
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the payment industry is a plus
